Service Delivery Policy

St. Anne's Convent School provides educational services. Payments made through this portal are towards school fees (such as tuition, term, examination and related charges). No physical product is sold or shipped, so no shipping or delivery charges apply.

On successful payment, the transaction is recorded against the student's account and a payment confirmation/receipt is made available electronically, usually immediately and in any case within 24 hours. Receipts can also be obtained from the school office.
