These terms govern the use of this website and the online fee-payment portal of St. Anne's Convent School. By using the portal you accept these terms.

1. Use of the Portal

The portal is provided for parents and guardians to pay school fees and view related information. You agree to provide accurate student and payment details and to use the portal only for lawful purposes.

2. Payments

  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through Razorpay.
  • A payment is confirmed only after the school receives a successful transaction status from the payment gateway.
  • You are responsible for paying any bank or gateway charges that may apply to a transaction, where notified.

3. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we take care to keep fee and other information accurate, the School may update it at any time. In case of any discrepancy, the records maintained by the school office prevail.

5. Limitation of Liability

The School is not liable for failures caused by the payment gateway, banks, or internet connectivity beyond our reasonable control. Disputes relating to payments are handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
